Both Roye and Nicole were very professional
and helpful in helping us find the right chairs for us. The added suggestion of an onsite visit to our home to determine the best area rug was wonderful

Another wonderful experience with LazyBoy today! Ken called me up early morning to confirm our bench was getting delivered in the afternoon today. Around lunchtime, he called again to let me know they will be arriving within the next hour. That heads up gave us time to head back for home in time for the delivery👏
Ken also brought the wireless cable charger we ordered for our recliner. He installed it and walked us through in detail how to use it. We asked questions and not once did we feel rushed to sign off on the receipt. Thank you Ken! You really rock!!!!

Shout out to Carla and Nicole at LazyBoy Richmond👏. Our new furniture got all delivered today and we are so happy with the look. Carla and Nicole came to our place, made some measurements and after a few days, gave us a 3D presentation of their suggestions on the pieces and color combinations that woild work for our place. Carla regularly gave us updates on the status of our order - excellent after sales service! Thank you Carla and Nicole- you both definitely made our experience with LazyBoy a very pleasant one!!!
