Design Consultant: NicoleI had a great experience with my recent purchase at your Richmond store. I explained what it was I was looking for. It was a powered reclining chair. She steered us in the right direction and answered my questions with great knowledge. I immediately felt 100% comfortable with her. She was very sincere and I had great trust in her. She would be there when I wanted her but left us to do our decision making on our own. In no way did I feel pressured in making my purchase.
