“Design Consultant: NicoleI had a great experience with my recent purchase at your Richmond store. I explained what it was I was looking for. It was a powered reclining chair. She steered us in the right direction and answered my questions with great knowledge. I immediately felt 100% comfortable with her. She was very sincere and I had great trust in her. She would be there when I wanted her but left us to do our decision making on our own. In no way did I feel pressured in making my purchase. It was such a pleasant experience, I also purchased.a sofa couch which I hadn’t planned on purchasing that day. She came to my home and checked that the chair and sofa would fit in my space as well as that the fabrics would fit my decor.When the choice of leather wasn’t available in the chair I had chosen., she even offered to come pick me up to bring back to the store to choose another chair or fabric. This I found to be above and beyond my expectations. On this second visit I also purchased two pictures!I would definitely make my next purchase with Nicole.Thank you for having such a good designing consultant at your store.“
