“I called on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Patrick. We had two old-style florescent light fixtures in a storage room. The light bulbs were dead and are no longer made. We worked with him through Home Depot, and despite Home Depot screwing up our order on three separate occasions, Hazim was an absolute dream and did his best to fix all of their shortcomings, which he did seamlessly. He went above and beyond working for my senior mother - going out of his way to set her mind at rest, extra pre-work visits to confirm things, excellent work, clean and tidy throughout the process.
