He explained what needed to be done to restore and repaint the ceiling. “Had EuroArts redo some bad grout in our master walk-in shower. It was in bad shape with lots of mold due to poor grouting when it was installed. The results were incredible and well beyond what I'd hoped. The quote was basically right on the money. Would highly recommend EuroArts.“

“I called on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Patrick. We had two old-style florescent light fixtures in a storage room. The light bulbs were dead and are no longer made. Patrick asked me to send him a photo. He texted me back 5 minutes later with a solution suggestion and a photo of it from Home Depot. It looked good to me. “We planned to design a feature wall with an electric fireplace and TV mounted. Among all the teams that visited us and provided us the schedule and quote, George was the only one who could earn our trust to engage him in this project. I sketched our design in AutoCAD and provided George the layout and dimensions. He spent more than 90 minutes in his first visit to go over the design and clarify all dimensions of the project. Then he gave us his business card indicating “Affordable”, “Reliable”, “Professional”. After he completed the project, we not only can endorse him for being reasonable, reliable, and professional but also we would like to add that he is precise and punctual. He delivered the project a few days before the deadline which have met all our expectations. At some point, we had to stop him from being so much picky in paying attention to the dimensions with two digits of accuracy. George went above and beyond and even covered some minor modifications that we had in the initial designs. His quote never changed over conducting the project even though he observed some obstacles that slowed down his progress at the time. “I called regarding a leak in my toilet. Mike returned my call promptly and gave an assessment and price range over the phone, taking care to walk me through likely steps. For my appointment, he showed up right on time, and was thorough with both the toilet repair and cleaning up the area afterwards. After fixing the leak, he also inspected all other parts of the toilet for necessary adjustments. He also answered my questions about my sink and water boiler, educating me in his responses.

Overall he was knowledgable, professional, and very pleasant. His rates were also very fair, and matched his initial phone quote. Will definitely be calling him again next time I need a repair.“
