have been going to this salon for my last two visits, and I am very happy with Helen. She does my hair color, and I am extremely picky when it comes to coloring. Helen is very professional, clean, respectful, and careful with her work. She always explains what she is planning to do, listens carefully, and follows your instructions exactly. She is quiet, focused, and creates a very comfortable experience. Honestly, she is one of the best there, and I truly appreciate her professionalism.

My girl got a trim and hair dyed today at Chatters Hair Salon by Shad. He was a super fun individual and did a great job with my girls foils. Stephanie has also been a fave for years. My girls have got their haircuts from her in the past as well. She’s seasoned and great at what she does! We’ve been coming to chatters for several years. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly.
I had 1.5 hours before picking up my daughter. I was at the mall, saw the salon, and decided—why not? Just a quick refresh. I walked in with a box dye in hand and a simple hope: that someone could apply it for me. The front desk was kind and upfront—they don’t use outside products, but could use their own to match the shade. That felt fair.
So I said yes. I sat. I repeated my request again to the hairstylist. I didn’t need perfection, just coverage. He explained what should be done. I said I understood, but didn’t have the time. I was okay with an imperfect result—I just needed help.
