“We really liked the resort itself, the rooms, the pool area, the bar and the restaurant. The location is great too, far enough out of town/Victoria but not too far. Our only issue was with the staff, they weren’t very friendly for the most part and everything took long. I’d still recommend it because not all staff members seemed to hate their jobs.“

“Got a 90 minute massage from Kenan it was the best massage in 6 years. The pressure was deep and consistant . Rather than over work highly tense muscles he relaxed the surrounding muscles than returned to finish the job. A second to none therapist!“

I booked an appointment with Stephanie (who is absolutely amazing) and arrived at the location on Tuesday.
First off, Stephanie is extremely educated but also very very kind and knowledgeable.
She did my face and decided to do a lower dosage and I’m glad she did.
The effects of the botox is the best I’ve ever had, and the price was comparable to what I am used to paying.
I won’t be going anywhere else for my freezing sessions,

“A local tea shop. They will let you smell all their teas and also have a refillable tin option, which is nice. Also sells some tea accessories like strainers, cups and teapots. They have some skincare products as well, which is a bit random. Staff here were very pleasant.“

“I just had an appointment at Faye's Spa at the Bay Centre. I had a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage as well as a 45 minute reflexology.
I've never had reflexology done before but II'll tell you one thing for sure I would have it done again in a heartbeat.
There are also other many things I would like to try including head and hand massage. They also have 4 different packages I will definitely try
I was also shocked at how reasonable prices were. Also, for being in a mall it was so quiet, comfortable and just overall had a great atmosphere.
The products (ie for my feet) were very soft and not an overpowering smell at all. Maddy was the lovely lady that did my work. I will be coming back for sure. If I could give her a rating out of 10 it would be 10+
