Sophie is always lovely, she listens to my hopes for my hair, and executes it perfectly, while also considering my long term hair health. I never leave anything less than ecstatic with what I’ve had done! Her highlights are blended so well that grow out always looks natural. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had such a great experience at Platinum! The woman at the front desk (I think she’s the owner) was super bubbly, professional, and so kind — she immediately made me feel welcome and excited for my appointment.
Sophie did an incredible job with my haircut. She’s kind, personable, and truly attentive, taking the time to check in and make sure I was happy with the length and overall look. The conversation was great, and my hair turned out perfectly.
The salon’s energy is fantastic — warm, upbeat, and full of good vibes. I’d absolutely recommend Sophie and the team to anyone looking for a talented stylist and a genuinely enjoyable experience.
