She took the time to teach me how to properly take care of my hair, the products that help me best, and she knows my hair inside and out. I love that she really gets to know you as a person as well and is always keeping and remembering what we chatted about so makes the visit a pleasant one. Hair washes always come with a massage, and you always have the option to choose your hairstyle at the end which is a nice touch. Will continue to see Natalie until she can’t stand me anymore lol!“
