Micah is a super guy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If the star rating went higher that's where the rating would be. I highly recommend Serranos Heating and Cooling.
Good communication and I appreciate the prompt response. I think $250 is kind of a lot though since he was only there about ten minutes. I should be advised ahead of time of a charge like that. I assume it was for the emergency call out but that should be explained ahead. That said I really like Serrano and will call them again!
We called them bright and early after our AC went out and they were at our house within a couple hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. We are very happy with the work that they did and appreciate their kindness.
