What started out as a annual check of air conditioning systems turned into a repair visit. I commented to our technician, Joe Gabriel, that one of the units seemed to be straining when it came on and ran. He diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. As I have a maintenance contract, it didn't cost as much as it could have, and if it extends the life of the a/c unit, then alls well that ends well. Joe was cheerful, efficient, and knowledgeable about my units. I have been a customer of Western States for many, many years and am happy with their service and prices.
