David and the DC Roofing crew recoated the flat roof on my rental property in Tucson with Apoc 264 elastomeric. Completed the job within 48 hours of the initial quote, which is an incredible turnaround. Communication was solid throughout, pricing was fair, and the work was clean. Managing a property remotely from out of state makes finding reliable contractors essential, and these guys delivered. Will be calling them again when the time comes.
David and his team were great from start to finish. David came out and gave me a quote along with 4 other companies. Dc roofing had the best price so I wasn't sure what to expect. The crew covered my yard in tarps and cleaned up daily work was done when promised and clean up was exceptional. My roof was completely replaced and I couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance. I will definitely be using DC roofing for all my roofing needs.
