Tony, one of the owners of Modern Desert Roofing, inspected my roof to see if I needed to apply a seal coat. This was performed at no cost. My house is only 3 years old and only had the roll-on roofing material. I thought it may need to be coated. Tony was was knowledgeable and professional. He went up on the roof, inspected everything then came down and explained everything. I had many questions (can't help that as an engineer). He concluded that I did not have to apply any coating for at least 5 years, maybe 10 and explained why. I was happy to save on an unnecessary expense.
