The only problem was that the estimate was not done In person but via pictures sent by phone. “Everything was great, the workers were thorough, the price was good, the warranty was good, the workmanship exceptional, the supervisor on the job (Jaime I think?), explained everything well, competent, friendly, understanding. My only complaint was with the scheduling. It was a 2 day job, we asked that the last day be a Friday. No confirmation about what day they'd start just a text on the following Thursday morning saying they were on the way. We got no follow-up on why they didn't come the next day to complete the job. Called them monday to find out they didn't have everything to complete the work. So a lack of communication and a lack of follow-up.“

“Just had Monty (sorry if I spelled wrong) here at my house. He was GREAT! Friendly, Honest, Personable. I had the company come because I noticed some tiles on my roof had shifted. No actual leaks (yet) but wanted to get a head of anything. Monty got on my roof and inspected. He moved the tiles back into place....no need to replace, and did not charge me for the visit! He did find I had some cracked tiles that I will be replacing eventually but don't need to do right away because they are cracked at places where the tiles still under-lays the tile on top, so no leaking.
