I had a good experience with this company in terms of timeliness in responding to my call, getting the work done within that same day (fixing a leaky outdoor pipe underground near spicket) and the pricing was fair as well. I would use them again
Rooter King Plumbing is THE BEST! My main line backed up, which means no toilets, showers, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. I had a home warranty with American Home Shield and I called them for service, which after 4 hours of waiting, AHS informed me "none of their contractors were responding so they were not able to assign my urgent need". Thus I was forced to take matters in to my own hands and had used Rooter King once before. I called Rooter King at 2 p.m. and by 4 p.m. my main line was cleared and my house was back in working order. And the price charged was exceptional, especially for an "emergency". When we had a problem with hot water heater(no hot water) Rooter King came out on our schedule. And sent Henry. The most wonderful service person ever. Polite, informative, and knew what he was doing. If we had cause to need them again, we would certainly ask for Henry. Thank you Rooter King.
