I've used Professional twice and was very impressed on both occasions. When we awoke to a flooded house one morning, they were very fast to respond to a leaking water heater and it was repaired within a couple hours, even though the tech had to leave the house to purchase a part. The second time I hired them was to diagnose and repair a pesky stench that had been plaguing our house for months. The tech systematically went through the area, which included a water heater, bathroom, and washer/dryer, eliminating potential sources of the stench until he found a leaking seal at the base of our toilet. This is a very professional company. They came and gave a reasonable estimate for replacing our garbage disposal, then came back and did the work. The technician, Gilbert, was very courteous, answered all our questions, and gave us good tips for how to keep things working well in the future. I had an easy time scheduling with this company, both for the estimate and the repair work-- didn't need to leave a message. Someone actually answered the phones! I plan to use the company again for future plumbing needs.
