Best experience I’ve had with a plumber. Professional, thoughtful, and courteous from start to finish. Everett went the extra mile to explain what was going on, what the timing would be, and how the water heater installation would be handled. He also made sure our cats stayed safely inside and kept the work area and our home clean the whole time. The price was excellent for a new water heater, full installation, and haul-away of the old unit. The job was completed quickly, on schedule, and right on budget, with no pressure, no unnecessary upsells, and no nonsense. A friend suggested Poole Brothers Plumbing for a hot water recirculation pump, and it turned out to be a great upgrade for our home in Tucson. They installed the pump above the water heater and added comfort valves under the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink closest to the shower. i have the pump connected to an alexa smart plug, so we can switch it on with a simple routine named Hot Water.
