My experience with Poole Brothers Plumbing was excellent from the beginning. When my water heater started leaking, Everett talked me through a few simple steps to help control the problem until help arrived. The next morning, Leo came out to inspect everything, explain the plumbing issue clearly, and help me decide on a new tankless water heater system that would be a better fit for the home.
