Geoff from Plumbologist installed a combination water filtration and soft water system for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, or let us know if he was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. His attention to detail meant that he didn’t leave until everything was perfect and we understood how the system worked. He even sent us a recommendation about what kind of salt we should use. This is the second time we used The Plumbologist for a BIG job. Bought a new house and Geoff was the first call we made. Installed our Rinnai ScaleCutter to our existing Rinnai Tankless Water Heater and an Aquasana Whole House Water Filter System & Conditioner Aquasana whole house filtration system. Installed the unit inside a side shed and did a great job! Completely amazed at the work. Wrapped the pipes, secured the unit so it would not tip over, left the work area clean. Really pleased with the service, the quality of work and the price. Would highly recommend.
Called another large plumbing company to simply Replace old valves and reset toilets after a flooring job. They quoted a ridiculously outrageous price so I called an associated plumber. He came out within 24 hours and replaced both valves and reset both toilets for a fraction of what one valve replacement would’ve cost with the other guys. Fair dealing and prompt, professional service. Thank you!
