Nu Flow Tucson is a plumbing company that serves residential, commercial, industrial, and government properties in Arizona. They specialize in repairing leaks, drain breaks, root intrusion, clogged drains, and sewer backup using modern technology to minimize disruption to the property. Customers praise the company for its professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for their homes and families. Nu Flow is known for finding innovative solutions, such as fixing underground water pipe problems without requiring flooring removal.
Their team is described as honest, transparent, and committed to providing clear explanations of the work needed. Customers appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile, including helping with moving heavy items and addressing any issues that arise. For instance, they often call ahead before arriving, explaining what will happen during each visit. They leave work areas tidy, ensure the customer is informed, and are very careful about damage to homes.
Recent reviews highlight their honesty and integrity, with one customer mentioning how a technician came quickly, inspected the pipes with a camera, and recommended another company for a specific problem, without charging for unnecessary services. Another customer praised their team, including members like Peter, Gabriel, Miguel, Nick, and Chris, for unclogging pipes, replacing drywall, and being very careful about the property. They also appreciated that Nu Flow did not require digging up the entire line and kept the work area clean.
Additionally, Nu Flow Tucson has successfully handled long-term root intrusion issues in older homes. They used pipe lining (CIPP) to fix the main drain line, which had been problematic despite previous snaking and hydrojetting attempts. The team, led by Edgar and his assistants, kept the process smooth and minimized damage, resulting in a strong, durable pipe lining that looks great after two weeks and is expected to last for decades.
A key highlight is their trenchless epoxy lining method, explained clearly by Sergio Gutierrez, which restores aging pipes without digging or creating mess—ideal for Tucson homes. Customers praise Sergio for his engaging presentation and detailed explanations. Many mention how this technology can save cast iron pipes, especially in homes over 50 years old, by preventing the need for costly and invasive repairs.
Overall, Nu Flow Tucson continues to receive high recommendations for its quality work, professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer service.
We have had some issues over the 3 years we have been at this house and saw the NuFlow coupon so called to see if we needed their product. Peter came out and looked, took video, described their process, but told us a clean out would probably be the best solution at this point. We appreciate his honesty and explanation of their product, if needed down the road and his referral for a plumber (which is who we have used!)
Peter is amazing! He came out, figured out what the problem is with our bathroom, and explained it very clearly. What we have going on is not in NuFlow's wheelhouse, so he recommended a plumber that he trusts. Peter is very friendly and honest. I'm actually bummed that we didn't have a larger job that needed NuFlow, because if all their plumbers are as great as Peter I would have loved to work with them.

NuFlow recently handled a highly complex sewer line sleeving job for one of my properties. The line had fallen into severe disrepair, requiring an advanced level of technical skill. NuFlow absolutely delivered.
Their team proved to be exceptionally skilled, reliable, and professional. They provided absolute transparency by delivering detailed pre- and post-repair video footage, confirming that the quality of their… read full review
