Rodric Fawehinmi Did an awesome job and listening to what my issues were and then knew what to do . And ordered the parts also cleaned up the programs he has been the best tech I have had from Chas Robert's. Would highly recommend him.

Leo was professional, knowledgeable and courteous,,,representing Chas Roberts very well,,,my recommendation is that Leo has management potential and should be given a mentor to accelerate that path,,,,and please place Leo at the top in regard to merit compensation

Chas Roberts was quick to respond to my warranty request, and sent an excellent technician. Leo was professional and very friendly, and quickly fixed the problem after a few minutes of trouble shooting. I am very pleased with the service Leo and Chas Roberts provided.
