Came in today with my Samsung Galaxy A14 5G thinking my charging port was dead, The tech (didnt get name but he was wearing a Goodrich shirt) plugged it in and found that it was infact working. The Tech went above and beyond to help me figure out why it wasn't charging. Turns out it was likely just my Cables/Box and a little internal dirt that cause the short/disconnect in charging.

Highly recommend this place! Hugo was super helpful and informative, unsure if it was him, but they even answered my questions and more before by phone and with zero pressure. Hugo was quick, efficient and friendly when I went in person later and ensured that the fix would be lasting (had a charging issue). I’ve actually never went in to use a repair place before so I feel fortunate to have come across this one. Will absolutely return in the future. Thank you Hugo!
I’ve been to this place a couple times now and I can say that they are straight forward about the repairs needed, I broke my phone today and within 30 minutes of the store opening, they had me booked and out to get back to my job. Great Customer service and quick service.
