Five Stars We recently reached out to Intelligent Design to get an estimate on cleaning the ducts in our older home and installing a biometric damper which would allow us to switch easily between our swamp cooler and AC. They promptly sent a technician to our house, and we were immediately impressed by his curtesy and professionalism. Jordan took the time to give us a complete background on our system which we found very informative. Jordan proved to be a wealth of knowledge about the operation and maintenance of our entire HVAC system. He gave thorough explanations on the process of sealing the connection joints in our leaky ductwork. He was meticulous in his survey of our HVAC, covering its needs in detail and then explaining that Intelligent Design technicians are experts in managing the care and ongoing maintenance of our system. We were a bit surprised to learn about the maintenance service since we hadn’t considered that, but we were very pleased to hear they offered home maintenance services as well.
