We purchased a home recently and started noting some significant leaks from above a window. We contacted Lorenzo and told him our situation. He responded quickly and came to diagnose the issue. The water was coming from the roof. Lorenzo quickly recognized the problem area, made repairs, and honored the warranty. So far with the continued monsoon rains we have had no further issues. Lorenzo stands by his work and makes corrections and is very pleasant to work with. Thank you Lorenzo!
I highly recommend Alvarado Roofing. Lorenzo and team provided excellent work and customer service at a reasonable price. Lorenzo and team went above and beyond on a total roof replacement. Lorenzo communicates findings and provides status during the entire process.
Alvarado Roofing came out to inspect the roof and replaced the roof tiles that may have been displaced by the recent weather. Although the damage appeared to be caused by an act of nature, Lorenzo honored the homeowner's warranty and completed the repairs at no cost. We truly appreciate Alvarado Roofing standing behind their work and providing such excellent customer service.
