    AirCo sent a crew out to repair leaking valves on our bathroom sinks (four valves total). They sent the same crew to try again a month later. I had requested a different crew and the manager refused my request. You guessed it - the valves still leak. I tried to resolve this with AirCo by email and on the phone with a manager. They are proud of the 30-day warranty they offer and insist that they have no further obligation to fix the leaking valves. The manager told me he would go out of business if he had to make things right for folks beyond the 30-day warranty. That tells you a lot about AirCo.     Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I have had with a contractor. They installed an under sink water at my business about 1 year ago. It failed, so we called them out to fix it again, close to warranty timeout but that wasn't the issue. The tech checked the unit and told us that it was wired incorrectly, supplying 220V to a 120V. I explained that they installed the unit last year and how could this be? His reply "I don't know what to tell you". I called the company and asked for a manager to call me back; they didn't and I ended up calling them again.     My 85 year old Mother-in- Law was in need of a 40 gallon propane water heater to replace her 22 year old unit. I arranged for 4 estimates from major plumbing companies around Tucson, of which AriCo Plumbing was hundreds of dollars cheaper compared to the next lowest estimate. AriCo requires the home owner to arrange for the county permit, the application for the permit and payment of fees was handled on-line at , the process couldn't have been easier. Jesse arrived on time and immediately set about his work, we found him to be a knowledgeable, polite young man.
