Hiram WAS AMAZING!! So informative, took time to really explain and show me how our multiple thermostats worked. It didn't take him long at all to figure out what was going on and to provide a solution. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, this guy needs a bonus for his amazing customer service. :)!!!
