My dog had been limping and losing weight and present with edema in her back right leg. She seemed like she was telling me it was her time despite still wagging that tail and wanting to be a part of the going-ons. I made the dreaded call to a couple of places and a clinic referred me to this one. We got there and they were sympathetic and got us into a room quickly. They did a quality of life check and found masses deep in her stomach and spreading to her back leg. Bone cancer. They reassured us we were making the right decision and took us to a quieter room. Dr. Shelley and staff were amazing! Very friendly, willing to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns - explained everything thoroughly. Took the time to go over several treatment options for my kitten and advised what they thought was best for him (which happened to be the cheapest option as well - simple realignment/reduction and splint of his paw/wrist versus a drastically more expensive surgery option to put in pins). A real care for the animal and not the bottom dollar - highly recommend!!!
We used this facility a few years ago when our Great Dane wasn't feeling well. They were quick and discovered she had a UTI. Quick fix and she was good as new. They then recently had to take our Shitzu in after discovering he had a terminal illness diagnosed from his primary vet. They were compassionate, caring, sympathetic and so kind to us as we said our goodbyes and had him sent over the rainbow.
