Dawn, my designer, was fantastic—her attention to detail, clear communication, and thoughtful suggestions made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Not only was she professional but very friendly and pleasant as well. She followed up repeatedly to make sure the plans were to my liking and approved. She carefully measured and re-measured, and when I tell you that everything eventually resulted in a PERFECT FIT, that can't be overstated-- Seriously, the custom pieces they built, combined with the existing pieces that we requested they build around, fit together like a puzzle. In an old house with questionable dimensions and slightly leaning wall, floor angles, that's really a situation when you want detail-oriented professionals. Dan, the installer, was equally impressive. He arrived exactly the day and time when he said he would - a date that was scheduled 6 weeks prior...AMAZING! He worked hard, efficiently, and finished right on time. I know that room fought him every step of the way but he made it look effortless; and that's why you hire an expert! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the follow-through from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend their team.“

We started remodeling our home and had a vision of what we wanted for the interior design, but couldn't seem to make it all flow together until we found Nichole. We sat down and showed her all our inspiration photos and what we would like, and she got to work pulling tile, grout color, wood, carpet, etc. She had everything exactly like the photos we showed her and then also helped come up with designs and ideas we didn't even think about to make it better. She let us take home all the samples to see how they would look in our home and lighting then we worked with her to modify our choices. She got us the best prices for our products.
