From our first meeting with designer Dawn to Rafael Ramirez’ installation, we knew we were working with a first rate professional operation. Dawn took as long with us as we needed (I’d be embarrassed to say how long) to arrive at just the configuration of components we wanted in our walk-in closet. This wasn’t a fancy high end design, but Dawn treated us as if it was.
Rafael was very pleasant and quiet. He worked very neatly, and was completely unobtrusive as he went in and out. He tore out the old closet and installed our new one in half a day, by himself.

Martha arrived on time for our appointment and took the time to carefully measure our closet. She also created a detailed drawing so I could clearly visualize the finished design. Throughout the process, she worked with me to find an option that fit my budget, patiently answered all of my questions, and was always quick to respond to texts. Once everything was finalized, she scheduled the installation right away.

Hailey was amazing to work with to design my closet. She worked with me to stay in my budget and was never pushy or judgy which I appreciated. Juan did my install and was quick and efficient. He communicated well, showed up on time and it turned out amazing.
