All options makes a really bad time in your life a good one. I don't know what I would have done without sandy she did my Aunts my Uncles and .fathers funeral and she took over and they were awesome services. I had no clue what I was suppose to do. Thanks Sandy
It may seem odd to write a review about a funeral home, but knowing others’ experiences is very helpful when that unfortunate situation occurs, requiring their services. My nephew passed away unexpectedly in February of 2018. We were all in shock and heartbroken. The least I could do to help his parents was take care of as many of the issues facing them as possible, which including selecting and making arrangements with a funeral home. The staff at All Options were fabulous to work with from my initial call to them to the last. Their pricing is very fair and they don’t gouge you like some of the larger companies that have been around for a while. I know, I called around to get pricing from them all. Most didn’t like that, they didn’t want to be shopped by price, they wanted to pray on feelings. It can be a very expensive life event. Their compassion is genuine and they are excellent to work with, from making initial arrangements to the fantastic work they did on my nephew so his parents could say goodbye and take away a memory of their beautiful son resting peacefully, looking natural, like himself. They took great care in the cosmetic work they performed and were so professional and caring when gently sharing that they needed to prepare him for their visit. In the end, his parent chose cremation and that was handled well with timing clearly communicated. They were patient and helpful with selection of urns and keepsakes. I cannot thoroughly express how helpful and kind they were to work with. It was like having a friend of a friend lead you through one of the most traumatic processes with just the right amount of care. Caring and compassionate Excellent cosmetic skills Very fair prices
