Archie’s HVAC delivers excellent service from start to finish. Customers call when their AC goes down, especially in the Phoenix summer, and the team responds and fixes the problem ASAP without taking advantage of the situation. The staff is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest, making them a pleasure to work with. Their customer service is outstanding, with excellent communication and follow-up throughout the entire process. The team is professional, trustworthy, and made customers feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Technicians are kind, informative, and helpful, making dealing with a/c issues more bearable. They have helped customers get their AC back on and have installed and maintained systems for years. Archie’s HVAC is a very honest and reliable company, and customers highly recommend doing business with them. They have already referred friends and family and will continue to do so. You won’t be disappointed.
Excellent service from Archies throughout. Called when my AC went down and was scheduled immediately for next morning. Jim, the tech, arrived on time, clealry explained the problem and proceeded to make the necessary repair with not a second to waste. When your AC goes down in the summer in Phoenix you need someone who's going to respsond and fix the problem ASAP while not taking advantage of the situation. Archies delivered on all fronts! Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and honest.
The staff at Archie's is the absolute best! They are a pleasure to work with. If you have a chance to use their services and live in the Tempe area I 10/10 recommend them!
