I had kind of a setback with the appointment process but after we got it all figured out everything was very smooth. Dr. Richardson has an amazing level of compassion and truly cares. There is a location closer to my house and I was fully planning on switching to the other location until after I was with Dr. Richardson today and decided no it’s worth the drive.

I’d just like to say that I’m very satisfied with the patient care that was provided to my husband during his visit . Everyone in the office was very caring and helpful. Dr. Smyth was determined to help my husband with his severe pain , when everyone else had denied him . Roxana was also extremely compassionate. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

1st off I would like to say, everyone at this office is very kind and understanding of the pain a patient is going through. I have been going to Dr. Richardson for over 10 years now. I have a horrible back due to injuries and being very overweight. I have seen other chiropractors over the years that my insurance went through due to job related injuries and have had little to no pain relief. I am a self pay patient currently and the prices are very reasonable. I choose to go to Dr. Richardson because he is the only one that has helped me avoid surgery and can help my pain relief.
