“Great experience for our dog Kimi. I couldn't get into my typical vet due to bad timing, a recent acquirement, and trend in their service. I was referred to Arizona Avenue and loved the experience.

Staff was polite and handled everything perfectly. Love the phone app and ability to communicate over the phone. We were able to get Kimi the meds she needs and ran a few tests while we were there.

I felt that they were very mindful of our furry friend and for us as owners. They made sure we could get the best care for Kimi while not wasting anyone's time.

“Priority Pet Hospital has always gone above and beyond for us. We have been with them for years, and most of our experiences have had to involve last minute emergency appointments. Even when they have no availability they have been able to squeeze us in and Dr. Burns has never ever made us feel rushed, she gives full attention and concern every single time. She is so good about calling us to check on our dog and to talk through any potential options or outcomes. I can't tell you how much we appreciate your honest and realistic approach and advice to how to approach scary and overwhelming situations because she has saved us time and again from having to do or go through more than we need to. When our pup was very young and had a mystery illness that we didn't think she'd survive, Dr. Burns called me morning and evening every day, and let me stop on in when I needed to with her. The staff has always been so kind and the vet techs have always given special attention to our Lucy. They've always known how to handle her best, even when I wasn't sure how they were going to be able to do a certain procedure with her. It's a great team of very caring people.“

“Homeward Bound is absolutely the best. We had our male dog neutered there last year and when it came time to recently spay our female dog we knew right where to take her. The staff are incredible. They have all been kind, caring, and professional--whether on the phone or on-site. We were never rushed, and the staff have always made sure all our questions were answered. We followed all the aftercare protocol, and both our dogs healed beautifully. “I cannot say enough about these guys. My dog had a particularly complex surgery (TECA) on both ears. I live in a community in NM that didn’t have a board-certified surgeon that I was comfortable with to do the surgery so we drove over 3 hours to Tucson. Buddy was well taken care of during this process and they accommodated my traveling schedule so we weren’t driving in the summer heat. Dr. Shelley explained the procedure and risks in detail and the staff was incredibly gracious and patient with a dog mom who was an absolute wreck. “I can speak from my own experience. It's impossible to find a good Vet with a good caring staff especially if you're from out of state. Found Copper Mt. and had an appointment and set another for teeth cleaning. While waiting for the date to come up we noticed our cat was having trouble breathing. I called and they got him in right away. I told Dr. Olson what we seen and he checked him over, took x-rays and explained what had happened. Our cat has always been healthy so this was something out of the blue. So we got meds and made him comfortable. Dr. Olson called me to see how he was doing. I updated Dr. Olson, and our family and they came down to say good byes and spend time with him. By Monday we knew. I called to up date Dr. Olson they said bring him in. He was 16 and a half and had lived it all. They gave us all the time to say good bye. They were very sensitive in helping us through this. They had fallen in love with him in the short time. Every thing was handled with care and kindness. It has been a month, had to wait to be ale to write this. Thank you Dr. Olson and your staff. “The appointment for my pug at Eye Care for Animals in Gilbert, AZ was a fantastic experience. They were able to get my dog in quickly, because she had an eye that was literally popping out of its socket. I had been to an emergency clinic and my regular vet before being referred to this eye specialist. The doctor at this clinic was able to promptly diagnose the problem, and give me the appropriate medications. I couldn’t be happier. They definitely gave me peace of mind at a time when I was very stressed about my baby. I recommend them highly!“

“I've been going to Foothills Animal Hospital for 20 years and seeing Dr. MacKenzie for 19 of those years, along with Jody at the Front Desk. When I had to put my first dog down, Wolf after almost 17 years I remember having a really tough time with that painful decision and Dr. MacKenzie got on the phone with me to ease my pain from what we had to do. Shortly thereafter, I got a letter from the Humane Society telling me that the Foothills Animal Hospital had donated in Wolf's name. From that donation letter I had received I started following their page and adopting our next dog Charlie.
