My 14 year old Bassett Lab mix had a mass the size larger than a quarter and over an inch thick grow on his front paw. Being that he is an older dog I was very nervous about surgery. I wouldn’t want to have any other Vet handle my dog other than Dr Pearson and his team at Trilogy. I had called a few days before surgery I spoke to the front desk. I told the front desk, representative that my dog had never been in a kennel before, and it was making me very anxious, knowing that he would have to be in one for the day of surgery. I loved my entire experience (except the cost). I was put into an exam room almost immediately and a tech came right in to start the exam. Everyone explained everything to a point that I could understand and felt satisfied. They listened to my questions and I theirs. They were very respectful of my answers. I have been coming here for a few years now and just added a new puppy that I will also bring here.Now. for the cost. I understand that vaccines are not cheap but it is still a little bit of sticker shock.I love the people at Trilogy and fully plan on taking my puppies there. Thanks, WDC

Doc was great. I had my 3 and 5 year old with me, and they were wide open - but the staff was cool and let the kids be kids. They were also they only vet around that could get me in for a parvo test same day (luckily negative), and that was super cool.
