I have been taking my dog here for years due to how phenomenal the staff is. Grace is extremely warm and helpful with scheduling and reminders about annual checks. I can always hear how kind and gentle the techs are with him (even in the back) and Dr. Dawn is such an amazing teacher. I appreciate how she gives me clear explanations, expert advice, and always follows up after appointments in case I have concerns.
When my dog had to have surgery, I mentioned to the staff I was nervous when dropping him off. Without any prompting, they texted me updates on him throughout the day, even including a picture of him snuggling staff when he woke up. This is a team that truly cares!
Everyone at Prestige is wonderful. Their kindness, knowledge, efficiency and effort are exceptional. I have 5 high maintenance pets and they are never afraid to go. We love Prestige!
Very happy with the appointment. Dr Dawn is very thorough, she listens to concerns. We are very fond of Dr Dawn she has helped us through some very difficult diagnosises and provided reassurance for the difficult decisions every step of the way. For that I am greatful. Very friendly staff.
