I called a few times over two weeks, they texted me photos of samples, helped me size up how much I needed, and got it delivered exactly when I requested. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I didn't expect this level of customer service from a business that seems mostly b2b. The driver was awesome as well. Thank you for the great experience.“

“I cannot tell you how much I recommend benchmark design and Dave. I am a first time home buyer and was stuck with a yard that was very difficult to landscape correctly. “I had a full yard done through Sunburst this summer, with patio extension, turf, plants, irrigation, lighting. As will at the design. Their designer Derek G. was fantastic. He guided us through all the different choices and knew off the top of his head how the different materials and designs would affect the budget and timeline, and was really knowledgeable about the plant types best for our climate. We opted for the 3d design upgrade and Derek came out with his laptop and worked up a 3d rendering on the spot. The 3d was great because we could see how it would look from inside the house, and how it'll look when the plants are mature, and easily make tweaks to get it right. It was great to have someone do a real design and follow through overseeing the build.

Since Derek had worked out all the kinks in the design phase, I didn't need to be involved during construction. But I can say the crew left by Adolfo were all amazing and worked diligently start to finish and cleaned up after each day.

I didn't really deal with anyone else at the company, and the project just finished, so I can't comment on that or the long term durability. But I'd definitely recommend asking for Derek to design it, and Adolfo and his crew. They were professional, fair, and respectful all the way.“
