“Last night, a Friday night, I came up from Mesa to my house in Chaparral Pines to no A/C and it was 92 degrees in the house. I called O’Conner Heating and Cooling about 6:00, after hours, and left a message about the problem. I fully expected a call Monday when the were back in the office.
Within a half and hour I get a text from Ben, the owner, reaching out about my problem.He was at his son’s baseball game in the valley. He said he would be out Saturday morning, the next day.. He and his wife came out Saturday morning and fixed my A/C.
This level of care and professionalism is rare in this day and age. I can not explain how much it meant to me.
