My wife Erika’s father passed away earlier this year in Arizona, leaving us his estate, including his home. We live in Pennsylvania and had no connections in Arizona, so on top of grieving, we were scrambling to figure out how to empty the house, prepare it for sale, and sell it in a very difficult market. Liz’s reviews and professional website gave us the confidence to reach out. Boy, are we glad we did!
From our first meeting during that initial trip to Arizona, Liz brought knowledge, compassion, and a clear plan. She knew the area and understood which improvements would help the home sell. She recommended new carpet in a few rooms, fresh paint, and a thorough whole-house cleaning. Those improvements required an investment, but once they were complete, we were able to raise our asking price by more than we had spent. That was an incredible outcome and a huge relief.
Liz is kind and knowledgeable, but she is also a no-nonsense, get-things-done person, and we needed all of those qualities. With us across the country, she helped find contractors, pushed for the best prices, and became our hands on the ground when we couldn’t be there. Time and again, she went well beyond what we would have expected from a realtor. She has set a whole new bar for us.
Her marketing was equally impressive. From the beautiful photos to the 3D floor plans and layouts to the investment she made in promoting our listing, Liz gave our home every opportunity to stand out. In a market with hundreds of competing homes, ours closed within weeks of going on the market!
But what we will remember most is how Liz helped us through such a stressful and emotional chapter in our lives. She took on so much when we were already carrying so much, and we will always appreciate her for that.
