I found Liz through Dave Ramsey's recommended realtors. We interviewed 6 realtors (some of which were also recommended by Ramsey) to find the right one to list our house in the Biltmore. Liz came well prepared and knew the value of the property, even though the land was worth more than the house that was built in the 1950's, and there were not many comps for land values. (Four of the other realtors thought the house was worth significantly less Liz did.) With her record of selling a house for the list price (you should never choose a realtor just because they quote the highest price or else the house may languish on the market), and because she's in Phoenix Magazine's top performing realtors, we could clearly see that she was the best realtor for our property. Liz did not disappoint! She worked with us on how to present the property and had it in "coming soon" MLS as we were trying to prepare it for sale. When it went live, we had 10 offers in 4 days. She knew how to market it to the right people and made us a spreadsheet so we could compare offers; she taught us what to look for in an offer. After making multiple counter offers, she got us $100K more than list price. I shudder to think of the money we would have lost with lesser realtors. She had our house sold and closed in 30 days! I can't recommend Liz enough. I have bought and sold multiple properties, and Liz is BY FAR the most competent realtor I have ever used. She knows how to market a house, starting with correct pricing. She keeps in touch, and even helped us work with the Title company. Every document she sent us to sign was correct (which, sadly, is not always the case), and she worked with us on fees. Use her! I will again.

She was very professional, provided timely responses to our endless questions, and offered stellar guidance throughout our homebuying experience -- and always did so with a smile, a true happy warrior. Once we were under contract, Liz's value really showed. Her management of the inspection process was tremendous. She recommended a great home inspector who was extremely thorough and several specialty inspectors that gave us a full picture of our home's condition. With that information in hand, she negotiated closing issues like a champ. Moreover, since we closed, she has continued to be a great resource for service offerings. Simply put, you cannot go wrong with Liz. We highly recommend her for your home search.
