Linda was absolutely fantastic. We just happened to meet her through Zillow one day when we wanted to check out a house and we’re so glad we did! She is extremely kind and fun and was happy to go at our own pace and advocated strongly for us every step of the way. We are beyond pleased with the house we ended up buying with her and really happy with how strongly she negotiated for us. She has a vast wealth of knowledge and contacts that made us feel a lot more comfortable as first time home buyers. We were connected with Linda through Zillow home tours and man did we get lucky! She was so kind, knowledgeable and explained every step to us along the way. Never pushy and understood our wants/needs while giving us helpful advice and tips while purchasing our first home. We couldn’t have found anyone better. She also had tons of resources/connections for us to remodel a bathroom and take care of handy work around the house. We are so grateful to have worked with Linda!

Working with Lynda was such a pleasure. We found her by random chance and consider our selves so lucky! She showed us so many homes as we were quite particular. She was so good, often times she would point out short comings such as possible past water damage, musty smells, foundation issues. She was definitely working for us, not trying to get us to buy a house. After we found a house, she listed our house and got it sold right away at the top of the market.
