Always an efficient and pleasant transaction when working with Brian
We didn’t even know we were looking for a home when I saw an ad for a place that had just been listed. It was completely remodeled and move-in ready so it was very popular. We asked Brian if he could get us a showing right away that same day, and he made it happen. There was a lot of interest in the house so we knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Brian was excellent at communicating with the other agent and with us. He made recommendations and asked questions. With two other offers on the table, Brian was able to advise us on the right offer and ours was accepted that same weekend. We bought land in 2002, and Brian was our agent. We built a home and enjoyed living in it over the years. We are now selling our home and he is our agent. We have known him for a long time. He is very professional, caring and a great salesperson. If you are looking to sell or buy, Brian is your agent. He is very honest, which has been so appreciated over the years We do consider him a friend !
