From the time when it was owned by a local friend to now, there have been changes as expected with any large business that goes through changes, they have always been collaborative with me and my goals for my business including letting me reserve the space so we that my friend and I can add a Boba & Coffee shop after the previous coffeeshop was sold and closed. As opposed to turning into another room that the current tenants would not be able to enjoy.
