Jason and Steve are outstanding professionals. They take the time to ensure you get the right glasses that uniquely fit you. They give great advise and show patience while selecting from a multitude of frames. They are a great asset to Target and why we buy our glasses there.
Dr Coffman is on my list of super star doctors. I felt like I had known her for a long time after just a few minutes. She is professional and caring. The exam I received was comprehensive and answered all my questions. she me at ease about any concerns or questions about my vision. And the optical staff was extremely capable. Steve spent more time than I could have anticipated in deciding on what glasses were just right.
I have always had good experiences with both service and products from Target Optical over a period of several years. But Jason, the current manager, is exceptional with his knowledge and attention to the customer. My wife and myself have been assisted numerous times when we've needed adjustments for loose or bent frames. He is to be commended.
