Dr. Pic and his team were PHENOMENAL! They were extremely professional and explained everything to me. Dr. Pic made me feel very comfortable during my exam and actually showed me images of my eyes and explained what he saw. Brandi was very patient as she was fitting the glasses that her team helped me find. They looked great on me! There was absolutely no pressure and they geared me to the frames that looked the best. Very happy with the entire process of getting glasses here; from the examination, to ordering, to picking up the final product. Dr. Pick doesn't let anything get by you. He will remind you if he knows you have an eye issue. Just to keep you on top of things. Office staff very helpful too. Seth is very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting frames and you can ask him anything about glasses and he will know the answer. Great experience here.
