“Posted from my Yelp: It has been my responsibility to coordinate with maintenance, painters, cleaners and Magic Touch Carpet Repair since my real estate management company failed to comply with their own move in agreement but permitted me to schedule with said people.At first the communication seemed ideal and like they were adamant about completing the job in a timely fashion. I have text multiple times asking when they're coming to clean and I receive vague answers. Whoever is texting me makes it seem like this job is a burden. As of now, there is still no word as to when they'll arrive.I hope when they do come they do a high quality job because this may be in the "busiest time of the year" for them but this situation wasn't my fault in the first place. I just want to unpack my belongings and be settled. I've been living out of boxes and bins for three months knowing I couldn't lift anything with my surgeries. I was so excited to move to this rental and make it my home but it really has been a stressful transition. I am recovering from back to back surgeries so it takes me a lot longer to do anything. I'm tired of sleeping on my couch because I don't want to set up my furniture and carpet not get cleaned well. I would like them to clean all the carpets appropriately so I can final settle in, please. Thank you.I will update as the process proceeds.Update 7:30pm same day:The older owner, Mark is not great at communicating, however his son, Ryan is. “Lee and Howard were awesome. I found Renew on Yelp and chose them because they had price ranges for all services online that seemed pretty reasonable. Lee had quoted me over the phone for a couch, big chair, and area rug. Upon arrival, saw that my furniture was smaller than quoted, so that was going to save me. While on site, I asked about doing heavy traffic carpeting in 2 of the bedrooms around the furniture, which they were able to accommodate. All in, it came to lower than the low end of my original quote.

“Donald and Keegan just cleaned our area rug in the living room and runner in the hall. They did a great job and were done within one hour! Have used Chem Dry company in the past and am pleased with their method of cleaning products. No exposure to harmful chemicals which cause medical conditions. The carbonation grabs the grit and dirt and pulls it out of the rugs and sofa.“
