“Posted from my Yelp: It has been my responsibility to coordinate with maintenance, painters, cleaners and Magic Touch Carpet Repair since my real estate management company failed to comply with their own move in agreement but permitted me to schedule with said people.At first the communication seemed ideal and like they were adamant about completing the job in a timely fashion. I have text multiple times asking when they're coming to clean and I receive vague answers. Whoever is texting me makes it seem like this job is a burden. As of now, there is still no word as to when they'll arrive.I hope when they do come they do a high quality job because this may be in the "busiest time of the year" for them but this situation wasn't my fault in the first place. I just want to unpack my belongings and be settled. I've been living out of boxes and bins for three months knowing I couldn't lift anything with my surgeries. I was so excited to move to this rental and make it my home but it really has been a stressful transition. I am recovering from back to back surgeries so it takes me a lot longer to do anything. I'm tired of sleeping on my couch because I don't want to set up my furniture and carpet not get cleaned well. I would like them to clean all the carpets appropriately so I can final settle in, please. Thank you.I will update as the process proceeds.Update 7:30pm same day:The older owner, Mark is not great at communicating, however his son, Ryan is. Ryan called me a little while ago and said he would be here tomorrow to get the carpets cleaned. Thank you!!I’ll update as it goes.11/18 update:It is 11am and Ryan was right on time. He went over everything he would do, troubleshot the best place for water hook up, and did a walk through with me. He’s cleaning now and I can’t wait to see (and smell) the results! Ryan is very kind and great communication skills! Definitely recommend working with Ryan! Thank you!I’ll update it once it dries!“

“I was referred to Agora Rugs by a decorator who had seen our Flagstaff home. It was a great fit for us with regards to high quality, excellent service, and consultation. Truly, it was hard to make a choice because so many of the rugs were extraordinarily beautiful regarding patterns, materials, colors, and quality. The owner Savas was very patient with our desire to get the right rug for our redecorating. He allowed us to take several of our choices to our home so that we could see the rugs as they lived in our Great Room throughout the day. We chose Running Water which is a Wool/ Silk blend. Initially, I was concerned about the wear of the rung due to the high silk content but Savas was reassuring about the sturdiness and gave us excellent care instructions. The rug is of excellent quality and shows no wear despite traffic and pets. Savas provides excellent after-sale care. During a “pet event”, he provided coaching my cleaning of the spot over several iterations, and the spot truly disappeared- just like he said it would! I cannot give Agora and Savas a higher recommendation!“

“Kristen and Jake came out and cleaned our area rugs, sofas, recliners and throw pillows last week. We aren't embarrassed anymore as to how long we let that go as now our rooms are all refreshed and new again :) We were very pleased with the results and no harsh chemicals were used! They were efficient and professional and let us know up-front the entire cost breakdown quickly. In addition, they are super sweet, personable and down-to-earth. We are looking forward to having them clean and seal our travertine grout in the future. Highly recommend!“
