Posted from my Yelp: It has been my responsibility to coordinate with maintenance, painters, cleaners and Magic Touch Carpet Repair since my real estate management company failed to comply with their own move in agreement but permitted me to schedule with said people.At first the communication seemed ideal and like they were adamant about completing the job in a timely fashion. I have text multiple times asking when they're coming to clean and I receive vague answers. Whoever is texting me makes it seem like this job is a burden. Chandler area...very prompt and professional carpet repair service. Ryan was nice and went over the process for carpet re-stretching. Finished and cleaned up area in less than 30 mins. Would use them again and would highly recommend.
