Even though I couldn’t use his business, he gave me a tip to try and get the putty out and when we realized it wasn’t going to budge he recommended an amazing service that took care of it within hours. Mike was so easy to talk with and so helpful, he truly cares about what he does but also cares about others and helping them even if it doesn’t directly affect him. Thank you Mike for your care. It’s hard to find people who truly care about what they do. He could have easily charged me to try and clean it and saved me the hassle and recommended someone instead.
