“I wish I could give them 10 stars! Clint has been doing repairs to our carpets for a few years now - after our puppies chewed holes in them and scratched them out of their tack strip. I have always been blown away by how kind and knowledgeable Clint and Jennifer are when the time came to get our carpets cleaned, they were one of the companies we considered. We got estimates from several companies in the area and in the end, we decided to go with Arizona’s Best. They were reasonably priced, comparable to the others but I feel like they included so much more in terms of service. We definitely made the right choice! Our carpets were so bad (see pictures) and they really got them looking great for us again. There were pet stains in several places and they pretreated, flushed and then steam cleaned the stains so the carpet almost looked like new again. A few days later and our house doesn’t smelly like dog anymore. No question that Arizona’s Best is the way to go - super responsive, very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. “Hands down, Kemp is THE BEST carpet cleaner/service I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. I've tried all the other big name companies but they've always sent employees who could care less about deep cleaning your carpets/rugs and will do one run and they're gone. Kemp not only gets in there and really cares but he's using some serious steam with deionized water (I hope I got that description right...I don't want soaps or detergents) and his system for extracting water is high powered. We've being dealing with construction crews who have trashed our year old carpet AND our area rugs (wool and wool blend) showed such wear that I thought would never come out. He got our new carpet looking like the day we had it installed and my area rug looks brand new!!! They were able to come out same day to clean my mattress and they got out every stain that happened from moving and even some very old stains from normal wear and tear. I have a memory foam and usually my mattress gets messed up or fuzzy when cleaned but my mattress is in better condition than it has been in years. I would definitely recommend their services!!!! “I talked to Andrew on the phone before scheduling my appointment. He was very helpful and honest and provided information about the services provided. The grout lines in my tiles kitchen were looking a bit \\\"grungy\\\" and I thought I should try the tile cleaning services. I also thought our carpets could use a cleaning. We have 2 cats and Andrew offered up some great information on dealing with pet accidents. Andrew and Frank arrived when I expected them and they did a great job. The carpet looks great and dried very quickly. The tiles and grout look amazing! That was the biggest transformation in the house. The kitchen floor looks so much brighter now.
