I was texting smileyink And they got back to me right away. I let them know what my daughter and I wanted. They fit us in within five hours of the same day.
When we got there, we didn’t know that we were speaking to the owner of the shop who is not only incredibly kind but so extraordinarily talented. I actually couldn’t believe that he was going to be the one tattooing us, especially with his busy schedule, but he’s just smiled at us and said he had a cancellation and he’d fit us right in. I have a half sleeve on my right arm that I will be going back to have him do a complete red redo that is a guarantee
The shop was also so much fun. I was dancing around to the music. My daughter for her first experience had a blast. She was scared at first, but we just felt so comfortable.

“I’ve gotten several tattoos from different places across the country but cobra kiss has by far raised the bar for exceptional service and skilled artists. When I was there; Ian (ian_loughlin_tattooer) had set aside like a large amount of time for consultation alone with a client, and the piece (which i believe wasn’t finished) looked incredible.

the artist that did my tattoo was Lindsay, (@lindsaydorman) who thoughtfully helped me through the process of getting a bigger piece & coverup done, she not only has a keen eye for detail & a respect for art as a whole but also kept checking in to make sure i felt comfortable and was having a positive experience which can make all the difference several hours in.

on that note, the environment here is incredibly supportive and welcoming. many places claim this but sometimes fall short in one or two areas, which i couldn’t find here. there really is an air of belonging and non judgement, completely separate from the experience of the actual tattoo just being in spaces like this can feel very rejuvenating.“

“My first tattoo, and I was very impressed with the shop and the artist. Sarah did exactly what I asked for, which was the word Tetelestai ( It is finished) on my forearm. I provided a picture which she reproduced just as i requested. She gave me three size options to choose from, which I liked.
