Prescott Heating & Cooling

We are so happy with Prescott Heating and Cooling! In July 2026 Prescott Heating and Cooling replaced our 20+ yr old unit with a Bosch 18 SEER variable speed Air-to-Air Heat Pump. The giant crane arrived @ 8:00am and the install was complete by 11:00am. The new unit perfectly fit the old unit's foot print. The comfort level of a variable speed unit is so much better than our old 2-stage unit! The install team was timely, courteous and immaculate in clean up. They put shoe covers on when in the home and bring their own vacuum for any cleanup required inside from installing new intake grills or thermostats, etc. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed!

We purchased an entire heating and air system The representative presented options and answered all our questions The new system was installed within two days The technicians arrived on time and put in a long day They were very professional and polite They took time to explain the new system I would recommend this firm

Brayden came out and did a phenomenal job diagnosing our system and was up front about the whole process and we had more going on then we realized ! Because he took the time to check everything , it turned out more than our fan motor was bad ! He was up front about all costs and didn’t hide anything ! I definitely would recommend this company to everyone ! Unfortunately we have a very old system so in our future we are going to have to replace everything , and this company is who we will call when it happens ! Oh and mind you ! It was super hot that day and no else but this company had the time to come out ! He even had every single thing he needed in stock on his truck… read full review
