Highly Recommended: within 1 week from my initial call, Advantage Home Performance provided me with 2 cost-effective mini-split system options for my space, booked the appointment and completed a clean, professional installation. Thanks, Billie & Eduardo!
Eduardo came on short notice, discussed what he wanted to do to fix a leak from an unknown source, and went right to work. The job was done quickly and neatly on a very hot day - around 100 degrees. Everything he explained made sense, but we will have to wait for a significant rain storm to see if the redirected drain has solved the leak.
I liked Eric; he did a good job explaining what he was doing, and gave his honest assessment of the current problem. I also liked that he thought a repair would work, rather than trying to sell me a new system. He got the air conditioning working, but there will be a bit of follow-up needed (which he explained), so I’m not sure yet what the total price will be, hence my “Not Sure” response on pricing.
