His communication skills are great, and much better than those of other companies I deal with. The price was higher than I liked and I would have chosen to do business with him due to the great efficiency of the units he was quoting me on but because I am selling the house, I am going with a lower price elsewhere.“

“After meeting with two other A/C companies we realized just how uninformed (the first being downright dishonest) the other two companies were. Both said we need new units! But Brenda and her hubby at Prescott A/C said we DID NOT need a new $20,000.00 A/C unit! They said they had a "sealing" compound/liquid that could seal the tiny leak we had in our only 6 year old central A/C unit/condenser. The first rep who ultimately replaced refrigerant was having problems figuring everything out so he had to call another dude who just schmoozed my Disabled Vet husband and still couldn't find the leak. 4hours and $850 later we had some refrigerant and not a solution to our problem! They did not even know what size our unit was, nor did the 2nd one either even after the first one did work on it! But Brenda did! She did NOT try to sell us a new A/C! Neither company either did not know or didn't want to tell us this sealant was an option, was possible or even available! How could that be? Neither of the first two reps even looked at the condenser in the attic because THEY DID NOT USE OR SELL LITTON products! They just wanted to replace our unit! The first guy wanted to sell us a 5 ton unit at $23,000! We only needed a 3 ton! The second guy really did a great inspection but still could not do anything to replace the condenser because they don't work with LITTON! His 3 ton was $18000+! As a result of this experience we would never go to anyone by Prescott A/C! They called to let us know they were on the way, were courteous and HONEST and didn't rip us off with an exorbitant bill. The first company says they are Veteran run and help "The Vet", well so much for Veteran friendly! It's a COME ON and they should be ashamed of themselves. The guy who was trying to schmooze my husband into another new $23K unit didn't fool me at all. What a sad thing to try to take advantage of my husband! Shame on them. PS they also have VERY bad reviews here on Yelp. .“

He is the first contractor to st down with us and provide a Dave to face quote before leaving our home. His passion for customer service is phenomenal and his approach is amazing.
