David Dion is an excellent home inspector checking over every single asset of the home you’re looking to buy. I wish I had him when I bought my last home! So thorough and detailed which EVERYONE should want from their inspector and actually get it!

Had a fantastic experience with David. If I had one word to describe his inspection style it would be: Thorough. This was my second time buying a home but the first time I've had an inspector take 3 hours (in a good way) to explore the home and produce a highly detailed report. He walked me through the interior and exterior points and called out items that were in and outside the inspection scope. Very communicative and he was even able to order a sewer and termite inspection for the same day on short notice! Highly recommend David for this crucial step of the home buying process.
